These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MOS - Malegaon Online Store mobile application ("the App") operated by Malegaon Online Store ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.

Account Registration

In order to use certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the operation of the App.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Malegaon Online Store or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Malegaon Online Store. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice via the App or by other means. By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Malegaon Online Store, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Malegaon.
