Welcome to Malegaon Online Store (MOS). By using this website, browsing listings, or publishing advertisements, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Important Company Disclaimer

MOS is the company, and the company has no claims or liability regarding the advertisements, condition, pricing, legality, genuineness, or correctness of the information and offers. All product discussions, warranties, testing, and financial exchanges occur strictly and exclusively between the buyer and the seller.

1. Platform Purpose & Nature

MOS functions purely as an advertising showcase platform to help local businesses and individuals connect with nearby customers. MOS is not an eCommerce store, does not take custody of products, and does not process payments or escrow funds.

2. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers must provide accurate pricing (MRP and realistic Offer Price).
Only genuine photographs of products being offered for sale may be uploaded.
Advertisers must clearly disclose whether items are New or Used.
Advertisers are strictly prohibited from posting stolen goods, counterfeit items, prescription pharmaceuticals, offensive content, or misleading financial schemes.

3. Buyer Due Diligence

Buyers are strongly advised to inspect all items physically in person at the seller's storefront or in a safe public meeting place before making payment. Never transfer advance funds or share OTPs with unverified parties.

4. Termination & Content Removal

MOS administrators reserve the unilateral right to suspend accounts, reject advertisement submissions, or remove any content that violates platform safety, local laws, or customer trust without prior notification.
